Our Plan

 GOALS:

• Build the infrastructure needed to end homelessness.

• Maintain existing level of emergency serives for families and singles.

• Pursue and increase permanent supportive and other affordable housing options.

• Increase housing options and emergency services for youth.

• Maximize funding from private and public sources to end homelessness.

• Educate community partners regarding best practices for ending homelessness. 

• Collaborate to increase employment opportunities across the region.

• Improve coordination across sytems, secto4rs and geographies.

• Promote the engagement of leadership of communities most impacted by homelessness.

• Work across systems to provide more effective transition support to those coming out of institutional settings.
