We can end homelessness, but not without an engaged and active community.  There are many ways to get involved with Heading Home Minnesota.  The important thing is to find a way to bring your interests and talents to this important initiative.  If you have any ideas beyond the options below, please do not hesitate contact us.

Stay Connected

• Sign up for our monthly Heading Home Minnesota E-News to learn about current efforts, challenges and opportunities to get involved. You can also forward news to your friends to help spread the word.

Raise Awareness

• Tell others about Heading Home Minnesota or contact us about hosting a Heading Home Minnesota presentation.

Volunteer

•  Be part of the Project Homeless Connect momentum, volunteering your time at a one-stop shop event for homeless individuals in need of services.  The next PHC in Minneapolis/Hennepin County is May 11, 2009.  The St. Paul/Ramsey County PHC event will be June 29, 2009.
• Contact the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) to volunteer at a Veterans StandDown event.  The next StandDown is May 19-20, 2009 at the Ft. Snelling Army Reserve Complex.  Upcoming StandDowns.
• Join a committee initiative, contact the regional initiative in your community to get involved, or take part in Heading Home Minnesota events.

Support Heading Home Minnesota

• Make a financial contribution or providing in-kind donations for an event or organization.
